It is our mission to create a better home rental experience.  All homes we offer for lease are renovated and provide the clean, comfortable living environment you are after.  This, in combination with affordable pricing create some of the best value on the market.  We are locally owned and members of the Ames community, with that comes prompt and quality response to any questions or concerns.

We also emphasize our focus on providing pet-friendly homes.  We NEVER require a special pet deposit, monthly fee, or inhumane demands such as declawing.  We understand that pets are part of the family and we welcome them to our rental homes!  In fact, we are happy to offer a $50/month discount for those actively fostering with a licensed animal shelter or rescue organization!
